One of the modalities Katelyn uses to heal is reiki energy healing. While performing reiki, Coach Katelyn invites universal energy into her body, and her body fills with this powerful life force. As you relax and open up to receive the healing, she channels this powerful life force energy into your body. Reiki reduces pain, eases muscle tension, accelerates healing, reduces stress, induces relaxation, and enhances sleep. It also balances the mind and the emotions.
FYI: The Chakra Balancing Modality
Another modality Kateyln uses to heal is chakra balancing. There are seven main chakras in the human body. When they are not opened, cleared, and properly balanced, then your body, mind, and spirit will feel out of placed. This misalignment not only makes us feel unease, but will eventually manifest into sickness, chronic pain or even diseases.
Root Chakra
The 1st chakra which starts at the base of the spine is the Root Chakra. It is Red in color and has to do with survival, money, career, trust, family, loyalty, safety, instinct, and boundaries. When closed or blocked will cause anxiousness, worry, fear, dread, not safe, money issues and anemia.
Sacral Chakra
The 2nd chakra which is below the belly button is the Sacral Chakra. It is Orange in color and has to do with creativity, new ideas, inspiration, passion, pleasure, feelings, and emotions. When closed or blocked will cause no creative powers, uptight, no passion and poor body image.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The 3rd chakra which is below the chest is the Solar Plexus Chakra. It is Yellow in color and has to do with will power, self-esteem, personal power, strength, gut instinct, and manifestation. When closed or blocked will cause powerlessness, frustration, lack of self-confidence, and digestive issues.
Heart Chakra
The 4th chakra which is in the middle of the chest is the Heart Chakra. It is Green in color and has to do with compassion, love, connectedness, unconditional love of self & others. When closed or blocked will cause loneliness, alienation, drama, fear of rejection, and allergies.
Throat Chakra
The 5th chakra is the Throat Chakra. It is Light Blue in color and has to do with communication, self expression, voicing our dreams, and speaking our truth. When closed or blocked will cause fear of judgment, criticism, shy, arrogant, throat infection, and fatigue.
Third Eye Chakra
The 6th chakra which is between your eyebrows is the Third Eye Chakra. It is Indigo in color and has to do with insight, intuition, inner wisdom, clear thinking, and trust. When closed or blocked will cause self-doubt, distrust, daydream, tired, and lack of focus.
Crown Chakra
The 7th chakra which is the center top of the head is the Crown Chakra. It is Violet in color and has to do with connection to higher consciousness, pure awareness, higher self, and enlightenment. When closed or blocked will cause disconnection to source, lost, lack of direction, bored, frustrated, and headaches.
